We love the beaches of Florida and capturing the diving terns, pelicans, and Ospreys. I think the 300 2.8 would be a good choice. However, there are times when the zoom of a 70-200 2.8 would be convenient. Then there are times when the extra reach of a 500 f/4 would be nice for Ospreys.
On a Dx body, if you could take just one lens, which would it be and why ? Thanks.
I'd go to the beach with a 16-85 & 70-300 in the bag. A 70-200 F4 could be nice. Depends on the beach.
On a windy day, may leave the DSLR home

I Shoot RAW
I's take the 24-120 f4.0 and leave it on the camera
