Manfrotto Pro Tripod anyone ?

Hi Everyone,

Just a quick question ive been offered a used Manfrotto Pro Tripod 074 which also comes with a Horizontal Extention arm...... are these tripods any good ?

Never used one before and wondered how much a used one of these should go for ?
