That X-S1 must have been faulty, I've never had any trouble focusing indoors be it under florescent,LED or standard lighting.

Well Paul,

I just don't know if there was something wrong with the cam, but the sales guy told me they will get more unit in (with newer lens and such?), so I promised my self to go back as soon as I get the chance and give it one more try...
