You should be able to.
You just download and install the Samsung Remote Viewfinder app.
My NX210 connects via Wi-Fi and it works just fine.
All you need to do is go into W-fi mode on your camera, select Remote Viewfinder, then launch Remote Viewfinder on your phone or tablet.
