generally speaking, you could use any canon/nikon camera body and a tilt-shift lens for architectural photography ... watch out, tilt-shift lenses typically retail for ~$2000 so you might only be able to afford a smaller-format body.  you might also consider off-camera flash for interior shots ...

search wikipedia for "architectural photography" ... good luck ...
