I have D300 & D800.

In December I got a Fuji X-E1 and love shooting with it (despite a few quirks in the software which I hope will be ironed out soon), because of the low weight and focus accuracy (yes its slow in bad light and sometimes does not lock, but when it does lock I have found it accurate).  But that's just been static subjects.  Photos of 4 year nephew at Xmas were a challenge!  When I add 14mm & 55-200 (when released) I will have a really good travel setup.

But I also dabble with wildlife photography, so I still have the D300/D800 as fuji X has not even planned anything longer than 200mm (DX) yet.
I did think about Olympus OM-D, but chose Fuji X for larger sensor / image quality.  If I had gone the Olympus route then I would have been more likely to sell all the Nikon gear as 4/3rds has x-300 zoom (600mm FF equivalent.   Though maybe once I would have needed to see how much I would miss decent AF tracking.
