RX100 at ISO 5000 and building RAW skills.

Looks like a pretty good high ISO result to me.

LR takes some practice to gain the full benefit, although I think the noise reduction sliders are fairly easy to get. I encourage you to keep practicing - processing RAW ultimately gives you much more leeway.
