Small aperture diffraction.... let's see some!

I've seen lot's of talk about of diffraction at small apertures (f/11 and below) but it's been decades seen I've seen actual images of this diffraction and the subsequent image deterioration, and that was in analog photography.

Doesn't camera firmware fix this stuff? Who's got a .RAW file with examples of diffraction?

I don't have anything.....
