This is why you get more light it is being concentrated in a smaller area. If you did this to a lens designed to cover the smaller sensor in the first place it would no longer cover the m43 sensor.
It also requires a difference in the register difference to allow for the speed booster to be installed between the lens and the body. APS-C models are theoretically more ideal for m43 as they would maintain the approximate field of view while increasing the speed.
