Blackrapid neck-straps VS others

After looking at the different types of neck-straps I've decided upon ones like the the Black-rapid. On Ebay they have ones that I think look exactly like the Black-rapid sling straps. They are about 1/8th the price. Only problem is they come from places like China.
Anyone bought one of these and have a comment / advise?
