Continuous HS shooting reduces shutter shock?

This is an interesting question. Hopefully someone will do some tests and come up with an answer. I've found that SS is a major problem with the 100-300 although the anti-shock setting seems to help a lot, particularly if I keep the speeds up to 250 or higher.
