With mine they did 800 during this first and about 200 during the second time the had their hands on it. I think it really depends on the severity of the problems, the subsequent neccesary repairs (if any ) and the quality of the 'cleaner' that defines the number of test clicks.
3000 has been mentioned sometimes as the number after which the problem subsides. I think lens rental was the original source. There is no true source about Nikon using that as a reference. And definiitely not in Europe. And yours is the 'livin proof' that it is a poor solution of a real problem. How much is it by now ? 13.000 clicks ?
