Recommend a monopod for 200/2 VRII

I use a Calumet 5 section carbon fiber monopod and have a Benro KS-1 ballhead permanently fitted to it. I use this with a 200-400mm F4 set loose, it allows very smooth panning of racing cars, the setup rotates around me I don't have to rotate around the monopod, support the lens and camera body as if the monopod was not there allowing it to only support the weight of the setup. The monopod is the tallest I could find allowing me to stand on steep embankments or hills with the foot of the monopod well below my own feet.
