New photo site launch of Sharp Eye Studio - too busy?

I just finished my personal photography site. I'm not a designer but I manage to muddle through with good templates and the like. My wife told me that the site could be intimidating to the average person looking for someone to shoot portraits. Thoughts?

I was also thinking that it would be better to have individual forms for the "schedule photoshoot" page. So, for example, for portraits I could ask the person about hobbies, etc. that could help determine what kind of portrait they want.
