D4 or D800 + $3000 in accessories

That's the mode in which I am referring to. I was hoping this would be acceptable, but it's looking like it wont.

So yeah... Aquatech looks like what I'm going to have to purchase. Just now need to make sure this is the route I want to go. I may not even need the D4 just yet.
