100-300 lens choice: Pana or Oly?

I got the smaller and lighter (yet more expensive) Olympus.

I moved from a Canon dslr to the m43 format to reduce size and weight. So for me size and weight were more important than max aperture or ois. Plus, 75mm is closer to the 50mm long end of my kit lens than 100mm.

Of course now everyone will wait for the new 75-300 but the differences with the old one seem insignificant. There could be good deals in the making on old 75-300 lenses still in stock...
