Preset watermark when exporting with LR4

I use LR4 to handle my photos, I also have a Flickr and a SmugMug account, was trying to export straight to Flickr but I quit it, I would like to know if is possible to upload to a reduced size and to apply a chosen label, it seemed to randomly pick one of my watermarks from the few I have in LR.
