Torn: 35L or 50L ?

I bought the 50mm 1.4 when i first started shooting based on the feedback that everyone needs a 50mm. That was two years ago and i've barely used it. Then I got the Sigma 35mm 1.4 about 3 weeks ago and its barely left my camera since. The FoV much more closely matches the picture I frame in my mind when i'm walking around, whereas the 50mm usually required me to take a few steps back once a certain composition popped out at me.

Its definitely a matter or preference, but for me, switching to a 35mm focal length was the best thing i've done in a while for my photography.
