To me crop DSLR cameras are obsolete dinosaurs, but that does not mean people will not keep buying them. There is in fact the odd nature photographer that might actually have a good reason for getting one.

The bulk of people would be better off with something cheaper, more compact and lighter weight. The impression that a crop dslr offers something over and above mirror less cameras that justifies the extra bulk, weight and expense will still take a while to fade away...
