B&H faulty goods,did anyone have to pay return freight?

I received a DOA Sigma 150mm macro from B&H, the exchange process was exemplary. They paid for the return  of the lens and expedited the replacement lens. All other purchases I have made with them havcarried delivered in perfect condition. They get most of my business.
