Nex-5R or Nex-6 for only $100 more?

So I'm looking to purchase my first upgrade from a point and shoot camera and I'm currently trying to decide between these two choices. They both have the offer of the free 16mm lens until 02/02/13. With this deal I think I would also purchase the fisheye converter lens ($115 on amazon right now), so a great deal on something that would have originally cost $400 combined. Here is what I'm looking at...

Nex-5R (w/ 16-50mm lens & free 16 mm lens) (not available on Sony site, found on B&H Photo)

$800

OR

Nex-6 (w/16-50mm lens & free 16mm lens) ($100 EDUCATION STORE DISCOUNT)

$900

https://store.sony.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?catalogId=10551&storeId=10151&langId=-1&productId=8198552921666488065

Main differences...

- Viewfinder (I don't really think I would use it much, so not a big deal.)

- Hotshoe (Seems like it might be nice to attach a mic - I have a sony lav mic, but I attached it with an audio cable for my old camcorder - Does the Nex-6 have an audio input? - Does the 5R?)

- Built-in flash (this is where I kind of see the best difference - but I considering how well these perform in low light, is it really that needed?)

- Dial (the top dial on the Nex-6 - seems like it would make things a little easier)

- Touch Screen (Downside for the Nex-6 - I heard it's a downgrade from the Nex-5N in responsiveness, but I also heard how useful it is in touch focusing)

- 180 tilt screen (Seems like it would be nice in those I'm all alone, but this would be a great picture with me in it type of situations (haha) - plus for videos)

These were the main differences I've heard. Let me know if there are others.

Is $100 worth the jump to the Nex-6 from the Nex-5R?  Please provide your reasoning especially if its something I missed in my comparison. I think it would for a lot of you, but I'm not sure if I'd really utilize the extras and I would probably miss the things I'm losing.
