Unless you're going all the way to an E-PL5/E-PM2, it's probably the best bang for buck out there. I'm sitting on an E-PL1, and I'm not moving until the E-PL5 goes to clearance status. All things being equal, I'd prefer an E-PL2 over a 1, but there's not enough there for me to actually upgrade from a 1 to a 2. Let's put it this way. For a very, very reasonable price, you'll be getting DSLR quality photos. And the (mkII) kit lens produces excellent results, straight out of the camera.
