I just got an Olympus E-P3!

I noticed that with iPhoto it doesn't actually rotate the photo on export unless you edit it. I think it just writes something in the exif data that allows the software to rotate it. That way it's lossless. Trouble is that when the photo is exported it isn't rotated. My fix was to edit the photo and the software will create an actual rotated version. Kind of a pain.

I also have the ep3 and it's a fantastic camera. The menu is quite a bear to learn as the number of configurable options is quite large. Quite a lot of info here though if you do a search.
