I only want to take one ( I want to enjoy myself and not be swapping lenses every five minutes).
The choices are:
Kit lens (18-55) 3.5 to 5.6
Rokkor 20mm f2.8 (Will I get edge distortion on portraits since this is a WA lens?)
Rokkor 45mm f2
Rokkor 55mm 1.8
I'm leaning towards kit lens, but obviously the low light performance will suffer....
Thoughts?
I think you should at least bring 2 lenses: The Rokkor 55/1.8 for portraits or closer captures and the 20mm/2.8 for the rest.
The kit lens may not perform well indoors, as you might also want to capture some people while dancing, etc.
