I agree that the S95 image is sharper, but wonder if the problem isn't actually the very shallow DoF with the RX100 at f/1.8?  It has a larger sensor than the S95, so the DoF is shallower. Some of her hairs are in focus, but the problem is that most of her face isn't.  You might want to try it with a slightly smaller aperture and see if that solves the problem, which certainly doesn't look like camera shake.
