I don't think m43 will kill off crop cameras because they offer something different to m43. For example one huge advantage even with a crop factor camera has over m43 is the autofocus for fast moving objects. Also there are some fantastic dx lenses about and cameras like the D7000, D5200 and canon/sony/pentax equivelant will of course attract a completely different photographer to those who love to use m43.  I don't see crop cameras being discontinued any time in the near future because they offer such fantastic value and some people actually prefer to shoot with bigger cameras but can't afford a FF dslr
