I've used the D100 a LOT. I've never even touched and OMD. But I'm certain the OMD will vastly outperform the D100 when it comes to image quality, color, noise, etc.
I wouldn't be surprised if the autofocus on the D100 were faster than the OMD, however. And the D100's AF speed wasn't exactly blazing. (But it is fast enough.)
