Is there even a point in DSLR if you already have EA2?

I still prefer Alpha for studio-type use because I like having a wired remote and being able to access the SD card while the camera is mounted to the tripod. And I prefer doing critical focusing with lens wide-open, whereas NEX defaults to stopping down.
