In reply to EinsteinsGhost, Jan 29, 2013

I am wanting to fill the gap between the 18-200 native lens  to the 500 Reflex Minolta I use with the A-2 adapter would like to get out to 300 or so  and really dont know to much about the A/F adapter variants  I was looking at the 8 pin 75-300 4-5.6 Minolta but was not sure that would work

and also the first gen 75-300 Big can version Minolta and keep stumbling on these Tams's

I have the 500 Reflex Adaptall 2 w/ Canon mount as well as a Tam Flat Field 2 X tele converter

in A-2 but thats the extent on Tamron stuff what I dont want is a cheap build Kit lens  I would rather

spend a bit more for quality is their any particular version or model of Tam I should be looking for in this focal range ?

thanks for the advice
