Gun control that works..

The only "gun control" that works doesn't control the guns.

It controls the criminals.

An automatic minimum sentence of 10 years (or more) for a person caught with an illegal weapon.. No plea bargain, no second chance, no excuses. Nation wide, no exceptions.

Automatic Life (no parole) sentence for a person caught committing a crime while in possession of a gun.  If the criminal brings a gun, its probable use is to be assumed.

Hard laws for hard crimes.
