G5 self-timer

The first two contributors to this thread provided the answer.  I'll repeat it in another way so you can better understand.  On the back of the camera on the lower right side of the camera is metal circle. You have a choice, pressing the top, left, right, center or bottom.  If you press the bottom of the circle, 4 boxes will appear on the screen. It sounds as if the the yellow lighted choice is now on the far right.  If you want to shoot on a single shoot, place your finger on the LCD on the box on the far left and that will light up and the word single will appear on the middle top of the screen.  Your camera is now set for single shot.
