Yes, I had to contact them directly, and they gave it to me over the phone.
Unfortunately, it doesn't apply to lenses. The most useful things I could see were the fisheye/wide-angle adapters for the 16mm lens or the two A-mount -> E-mount adapters. (but you can probably get them cheaper elsewhere)
