How is she getting this look?

These shots are really easy to do. It is a standard desaturated, backlit portrait. Many phoyographers these days come up with a photoshop recipe, apply it to most of their work, and create a certain look unique to their business.

I just pp'd this pic in a few minutes to prove that the process is not very difficult..

Edit: You can slide the blacks to define the eyes more and get an even closer match.
