So tell me, what's the purpose of this post you made, and in what way is it better than alatchin's?

Technical notes: #1 is out of focus, #2 is washed out (lacking contrast). No complaints on #3.

Again, how's your post any better than this one? TIA.

There is a big difference. My pictures might be total crap and you have every right to think so and if you had wanted to respond to my post with constructive crictiism that is perfectly acceptable. At no time in my post have i said these are great , or that they show the G5 to be a great camera or even the 100-300 to be a fantastic lens. I did think that they might give people a chance to see some 100-300 output which I thought was quite good but which they viewer might think wasn't good enough to justiy a 100-300.

My post in this thread was in response to someone calling Allan's comments inane when he was telling a plain truth that lots of people on these forums post picture on these forums to show how great their camera is or even how versatile it is when the pictures posted do nothing whatsoever to demonstrate either. A perfectly valid comment from Allan and certainly not inane.

Trevor, what Allan missed was that I didnt call the OMD "the most versatile camera ever" but versatile. I then showed a number of pictures with a number of lenses some casual, some commercial to show how it performs in a number of applications.

He then started throwing around words like fanboy.
