Thank you. I got lucky to notice the bubbles by chance.
You are correct with your assumption.
Many websites, or for that matter Department of Motor Vehicles in the US, don't like it if you have a hyphen in your first name. That must be a cultural bias. So I ended up with different user names on various forums.
