Color Calibration and Intel Graphics

The bug relates to igfxpers in combination with Windows display calibration.

I have also found that it occurs with huey software for calibration, but the fact that it does not work with Windows display calibration is what shows it to be a bug.

The issue is that on some occasions igfxpers will reset the LUT. The ICC profile specifies a LUT for the graphics hardware to process, and igfxpers causes this to be reset on some occasions. These occasions include UAC prompts but are not limited to these.

igfxpers does not do anything essential and disabling it fixes the bug.

I do not know colormunki but it is probably coded to work around the Intel bug if you are not seeing any problems.
