I don't know why people are so much into the DXO reading without even thinking about it.
Take example my NEX 5, high ISO rating is ~800
NEX5n = ~1150
(1150-800)/800 = ~.5 which is 1/2 a stop better. yeah that's nice and all but 1/2 a stop isn't much, especially when you're getting up there, to compare the 5n and the 5r, they are virtually identical...
Jumping from my A330 that scores in the 400-500, the 5n is a big jump, not so much with the current line of NEX and Alpha that's on CMOS sensors.
Waiting for the FF NEX though, that should do everything I want, hopefully it won't cost an arm and a leg.
