The garden eels are great. It bringbs back good memories of Eilat.

You may want to change the strobe position. I think the light would be better if you pointed it a little bit more strait- that would give you less shadows. I usually shoot ISO 100, F/5.6 or F/7.1 in Aperture Priority with -1/3 exposure compensation.
