It seems the OP doesn't want help he just wants to vent. $15 dollars is not worth his time to call, so he would rather spend more time on the forum complaining that he received the part he ordered, it just wasn't the part he wanted. The expectation that B&H should send him the one he really wanted for free seems a little off base.
