Not that I am one of those who say that A900 cannot do action shots, but this picture hardly proves it can. I cannot even considere it an action shot.
Additionally, maybe it is the JPG conversion or maybe you oversaturated the colours but it has a bit of P&S camera feel over it; especially the sky looks a bit fake.
