Which non-DSLR camera for real estate photography?

Thinking about doing architectural photography, also factory interiors showing industrial processes.
I use an Olympus XZ-1, and am shopping for something similar with better high-ISO quality. Over ISO 400, the XZ-1 isn't too good.
Must be a non-DSLR ... I want to be able to use the flash at any shutter speed.
Fixed lens would be best -- a 24-to-100 sort of zoom. Bright, no worse than f/2.8 at full tele. A good sharp lens. Would like to avoid interchangeable lenses if possible.
More than my current 10 MP... I'd like more room to crop and still be able to get a good 8x10 at 300 dpi.
Must have on-camera flash, and a hotshoe... plus, a 'Fill' flash setting along with 'Auto-flash'.
No need for an EVF or OVF. Just a bright LCD screen, and a clear, visible histogram.
Lastly, full PASM controls. I use M a lot.
So far, the new Olympus XZ-2 comes close, and would have the advantage of familiarity. Any other ideas?
