Could somebody please clarify rule # 2:

"Posts discussing moderator actions are not allowed and will be deleted."

Are moderator's replies/comments/recommendations in the forum considered to be an "action"?

I'm thinking it means "Posts discussing moderator actions are not allowed and will be deleted", and that publically dicussing anything a moderator says or does regarding a specific instance of moderation (e.g. a particular person being banned, a particular thread being locked, etc.) is forbidden.
