I hate the composition-too tight.
Fireworks pictures where bits of trails are missing over the top or sides, leave me cold.
I think that a wider lens would have been better, assuming that distance can't be corrected on the fly.
problem s you have to compose the shot before the fireworks go off so you don't know how much they are going to spread.
