Shopping for monitors. Would like some opinions.

If you dont mind me asking, why are the Korean options not the best. I don't shoot or edit photos for a living, but I am rather nitpicky with my edits and haven't been able to find too much insights on the cons aspect of the panel itself, other than it being an A-/B+ grade panel.

Also thanks for the "How to choose a monitor" link. It answered another question I had.

Are there any other alternatives that you would recommend for a standard gamut monitor?
