Quite right. A little tweaking means a small bit of cropping, straightening, lightening, upping contrast and perhaps a touch more sharpening. In other words ALL jpg and raw images require some minor improvement. Image manipulation isn't a sin. Digital allows for post editing which is nothing but good. In the old 'transparency' film days you HAD to do it right the first time. No more.
