Old People are fascinating

Hey everyone
Being a big fan of B&W photography for a while now, especially of UK based wedding photographer Kevin Mullins, its given me a bigger sense of what I can really do with my photography. The timeless images you can create with the color (or lack there of) instantly makes images more dramatic and even give more meaning depending on what is presented.
I was asked to do a wedding just over 2 weeks ago and while the bride and groom were getting ready I went outside to get shots of the guests. The shot below I took is a photo of one of the brides grandparents being introduced (in a non posed shot, I didn't ask them to shake hands). I dragged it in Photoshop CS5 and created (what I think) is a really timeless composition in itself.
Old Timers
Please feel free to critique on this image / give general opinion. I'd like to get some perspective on this shot...
