and what timeline has to do with it ? I can't remember when I had a shutter shock issue with my GF2 maybe because it hasn't left the drawer for a year or so.

I had shutter shock issues all the time with 40-150mm Olympus lens. and now, with panasonic 45-175mm lens, the issue is gone.

If you're seeing it all the time, then something is very wrong with your camera.

or maybe he is just shooting all the time with affected camera/lens combination ?
