Tripods

Can anyone recommend a good CF tripod for a M43 set-up ? main use would be for my macro and some streetscape / landscape scenes , has to be very travel friendly .

I was going to get one that could hold my heavier Canon gear but that is all going to be sold now so I am not sure which one to get ,the  OMD is soooo much smaller and lighter and with the in body stabilization  I am not even sure I will need a tripod ?
