Cheap, light pic viewer for package holidays ???????

I know zero about portable devices.  When towing my camper, I take a laptop/notebook PC.

I need a very cheap (sorry!), light pic viewer for package holidays A package holiday may mean a 15 kg (33lb) baggage allowance and I don't want to take a laptop/notebook.

The device would have to handle:

USA, European and UK voltages

USB connection (SD card connection not essential I think?)

FastStone and Picasa

That's all.  Not necessarily Internet/wi-fi  or anything expensive.

If anyone could advise me on this in simple English I would appreciate it!
