BH Photo return policy- only 200 shutter clicks max for returns

Just saying that you can't have it both ways. Camera shops are running a business.

They have to balance the books and keep you happy and keep the guy who buys the 'returned' camera after you happy.

They could drop the price on the returned camera but then the list price would have to go up.

Or they could keep list prices down and not accept returns.

At the end of the day its checks and sums.

Camera shops also have to contend with internet retailers so unscrupulous customers could 'buy' the camera just to try it and then return it and buy it on the internet. It is hard times for high street retailers so give them a break.
